    The objective of the activity is to design, manufacture and test a breadboard of a 5W Q-band flexible output power amplifier moduleusing low loss spatial combining techniques.   • DATA-DRIVEN NETWORK CONTROLLER AND ORCHESTRATOR FOR REAL-TIME NETWORK MANAGEMENT (ARTES AT 3A.108)

    The objective of the activity is to prototype a network controller and orchestrator that uses the network telemetry and control data in real-time rather thanallocating resources statically a priori. The activity will develop a testbed for validating the concept.

  • Q-BAND CHANNEL MODEL FOR MOBILE TERMINALS (ARTES AT 3B.038)

    The objective of the activity is to develop a Q-band channel model for mobile terminals served by non-geostationary constellations. A propagation receiver will be designed, manufactured and tested. A measurement campaign will be carried out in various nearly line-of-sight propagation environments (urban, sub-urban) using the Alphasat Q-band beacon in order to derive and validate the channel model.
