OGOR YIELD estimates the maize yield at different levels: field, farm, county, region, country, for all agricultural seasons, starting with 2017.Knowing the yield at field level allows to decrease input costs, to optimize logistic and storage costs and ultimately to increase farmers profit.

Aim of the project is to demonstrate the two services: Drone Hunter – Antidrone effector to be installed as a part of an intruder drone detection and surveillance solution and First responder’s mobile service - a mobile UAV surveillance and monitoring solution to respond against CBRNe threat.Both services are based on fully autonomous BVLOS services of UAV’s provided by a system consisting of a drone and a base – hangar, delivering data transfer, maintenance and several other services within the system.

SpaceSense SOC

This Kick-Start Activity creates several satellite-based models that could be used to track Recommended Farming Practices (RFP) for carbon sequestration at a sub-field level (10m, based on Sentinel 1 & 2 data), and provide these information to companies creating Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) stock models. They will be focused on the three following detectors:Cover Crop Flag: Is the field using cover crops between main crops?Crop Rotation Diversity Indicator: How diverse are the crop rotations, if any?Tilling Flag: Is the field being tilled or not between crops?

Making green buildings greener

Poor air quality and pollen affect a large proportion of us – because we live in a polluted area or are allergic to pollen.Airmine has investigated solutions to improve air quality in smart homes. Hyper-local outdoor air quality and pollen nowcasts have been developed using data from our outdoor sensors, giving you real measurements in our app or presented to you by Alexa Echo.Going forward, Airmine will continue to develop our pollen and air quality services – and investigate a new area of heat mapping buildings using satellite data.

The main goal of this project is to create an augmented reality system for the 50ha Grunwald battlefield site in Poland. Visitors will be able to download the application to their smartphones and learn more about the history of the battle while visualising the deployment of all forces on site.

This project defines an ‘Augmented Quantum Key Distribution (AQKD)’ Satellite Service that uses nanosatellites to deliver cryptographic keys for fractions of the cost of traditional satellite constellations. This service, rather than compete with large service providers, aims to augment these larger networks and could be used for on a wide range of end applications with multiple market verticals.

SATWORK is a tool able to monitor the health status of workers in a company and to mitigate health risks at work, such as for Coronavirus. At the same time, this tool can help companies to define a new internal “welfare”, compliant to a reasonable social distancing mood and to the privacy needs of workers, which will be different based on their age and pre-existing health conditions, as well as based on the nature of their job.
