Objectives of the service
The cross alpine traffic is characterised by an international material and information flow. This situation is even more delicate when dealing with hazardous goods, due to strict regulations and the characteristics of the Alpine environment. The study focuses on the provision of harmonised services to the transport community in order to manage transport fleets and goods in line with regulations. The integration of space and terrestrial assets must be defined due to the peculiar conditions of the environment (high mountains, presence of tunnels, etc.)

Transport companies dedicated to move hazardous goods as well as road, tunnel and custom operators of the Alpine Region.
Current Status
Awareness activities concluded. Feasibility study to be launched in the short term.
